Andrew Yoon, head of research at CivAI, warns that an \u201eunusually large wave of AI hacks\u201c is already on the way, and that companies should follow through on their commitments to funding and strengthening defenses after writing the letter. He also notes that the letter does not call for slowing down the development of AI technologies, although some experts, such as former Google AI researcher Geoffrey Hinton, have expressed concerns about the potential risks.<\/p>\n
